Commuters Tip for A Less Stressful Travel

I'm one of those who commutes daily from work to office and vice versa.  It is not easy especially if your destination is quite far and the traffic is bottleneck.  These are some ways that you can make your travel easier or make it less stressful.

1.  If you are going to work, allocate extra time for heavy traffic or waiting time. For instance your average travel time is 30 minutes add 10 minutes of your time travel so you won't panic if there are unwanted scenarios along the road.

2. While sitting on a jeepney or a bus be careful of your belongings and your seatmate.  It is better to be safe than be sorry.

3.  Listen to music.  Music can help ease our mood and entertain our thoughts instead on focusing on the road.

4. Bring a handkerchief to cover your nose from smoke belchers and some passengers with bad odors.

5. You can also close your eyes but do not sleep.

6. You can also pray while sitting.

7. You can organize your work to do while sitting on the bus.

8. Prepare coins or smaller bills especially in the morning so the driver won't stop or take too long to look for a change.
